Joel Muniz, REALTOR® with W Real Estate, was born and raised in Mendocino County. Joel has always prioritized dedication and perseverance in all of his endeavors. He started working at a young age and has been honing his skills in the workforce ever since. Through his work experience, Joel has learned many skills that are extremely helpful in real estate, including his excellent customer service, attention to detail and problem solving. Joel's honesty will ensure you have all the information needed to make the right decision, keeping your best interests at heart as he works to obtain your goals. He has experience with residential listings, first-time home buyers, investment properties, relocation and land sales. Joel prides himself on being organized, flexible, trustworthy, and above all else, his love for helping others.

Joel is a husband and a father of two. When Joel is not assisting clients he enjoys staying active at the gym, playing basketball, golf and spening time with his friends and family.
